How long does it typically take to process an order?

Orders in UAE and Oman are usually delivered within 1–3 days, depending on the selected delivery option. For Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and KSA, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

Do you ship to GCC countries?

Yes, we deliver across the GCC, including UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and KSA. International delivery charges may apply.

Can I change the contents of my order?

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted for incorrect, defective, or damaged products, as well as unused items in original packaging. Change-of-mind returns are also accepted within 15 days, with a restocking fee of up to 5% if applicable.

How long does it take to process a refund?

If a product is defective and we’re unable to replace it within the promised timeframe, a refund will be issued. Refunds are processed on the next business day after the item is received and verified at our QC Center.
